The site describes an audit readiness service for medical device manufacturers. Its content is general information and is not legal, regulatory or certification advice. The Audit Defense Pack supports readiness for audits against ISO 13485:2016 and FDA’s QMSR. It is not certification, it is not an FDA inspection or a registrar audit, and it guarantees no audit, inspection, regulatory or customer outcome. The service is not a medical device, takes no clinical or safety decisions, and holds no FDA clearance or approval.
2. Sample reports

3. Fit check
